OFF-TOPIC: Has Cingular Wireless Billed You "Voice Mail Deposit"?

Hello.

I apologize in advance for this being off-topic. However, if you have
cell service from Cingular Wireless, you may be getting billed for
minutes that you haven't used. Take a moment and check your last few
bills. If there's a call/minutes charge for "Voice Mail Deposit", it's
bogus!
